I am of course a big advocate of healthy skin and what better way than by eating scrumptious dark chocolate. It is the only chocolate I eat these days and one of my favorite snacks. My top choice for chocolate consumption? Dark chocolate covered raisins. I especially like them mixed with almonds for a nutritious and energizing snack in the afternoon for yummy and quick pick-me-ups.
